Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must fill in the form on this webpage. Only one entry per couple is allowed.
Prize: The prize is one engagement photography session worth £249. The session includes a 2-hour photoshoot at a location of the winner’s choice within a 30-mile radius of Wolverhampton, an online gallery, and high-resolution images.
Closing Date: The closing date for entries is 31st July 2024. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be chosen at random and notified by email or phone within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, I reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
Prize Delivery: The engagement session must be scheduled within 3 months of the winner being notified. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Publicity: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
General: Matthew Smart Photography reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
